I Need Help!

I've got this song going through my head and I don't know the title or author. Would someone please help me with this one? The chorus goes, "At the top of my lungs I will sing Hallelujah, you're the one who saved me, the one who gave me this life I live, forever more, forever more." (At least I think those are the words.) Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!! :]
