Finished watching "Moonlight" earlier, and now I'm watching "NUMB3RS" about a botched comic book heist of "Ultraman" #1. (Not a real comic, but Ross Moore, the featured artist, is the real deal.) The full moon glimpsed through the cloud cover tonight cast a magical pall upon the Indiana landscape. Surprisingly, the boys weren't as wound up as usual when there's a full moon. The earthquake that we had this morning is the lead story on the news tonight. It woke me up, how about you? (Ok, maybe you were already awake at that time.) Strange that today is the anniversary of the giant, deadly quake in San Fransisco about 102 years ago. The last big quake in this area was forty years ago (1968), the year that I was born!
We went to "Movie Night" at MC Elementary tonight to watch "CARS." Entry was free and all the money that was raised at the concession is going to a local man who was injured in a house fire to help pay his bills.
I've got a major track invitational tomorrow at Minster, Ohio. There will be sixteen schools there that represent some of the best small school programs in the entire state. The best that one of my teams has ever finished there is seventh. We're hoping for a good showing and that the rain will hold off 'til after 3 pm.
